Pre-recorded digital content hosted via secure platforms
A professional directory showcasing certified graduates (with consent)
We do not offer or facilitate plant medicine ceremonies, retreats, or in-person healing services. Our programs are strictly educational, coaching-based, and intended for personal and professional development.
2. Eligibility
To access our programs, you must be:

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

5. Payments and Refunds
All payments for programs and services are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a program, you agree to pay the full fee as stated at the time of enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All sales are final
No refunds are offered once access to course content or sessions has begun
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full unless special arrangements are made
If you are dissatisfied with the program, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any concerns in good faith.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by AIA—including videos, documents, course materials, meditations, and branding—is the intellectual property of Ayahuasca Integration Alliance and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or sell our content
Create derivative works or claim ownership of any part of our materials
Use our logos or brand elements without express written consent
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course content for your personal and professional development during your access period.
7. Directory Listings
Graduates of our programs may be invited to join our public directory of integration professionals. By agreeing to be listed, you consent to:
Display of your name, professional photo, and biography
Public visibility on our website
Optional inclusion in podcast or blog features

We reserve the right to remove listings that are inactive, outdated, or misrepresent our certification.
8. Community Guidelines and Ethics

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive topics shared in sessions
Treat all participants with respect, compassion, and non-judgment
Refrain from any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Not offer medical or therapeutic advice unless licensed to do so in your jurisdiction
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIA is not liable for any:

Losses related to health, income, or reputation arising from the use or misuse of our content
Actions taken based on information shared in our programs
