David Vox has been a transformative coach for over a decade, guiding leaders and visionaries in bringing their mission and medicine into the world. His journey with Ayahuasca began in 2016, and by 2017, he had stepped into the role of a facilitator, leading retreats and integration work for nearly a decade.

Trained in facilitation, integration, and transformational coaching, David has worked with a vast network of facilitators and retreats, developing powerful integration rituals that allow participants to fully embody the teachings of plant medicine. His deep commitment to this work has led him to create structured, meaningful integration processes that bridge the gap between ceremony and real-world transformation.

After years of soul-searching, David made the decision to fully dedicate himself to Ayahuasca integration and facilitation, recognizing the growing need for structured support before and after ceremony. This commitment led to the creation of the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance (AIA)—a global movement designed to train facilitators, support participants, and ensure that integration becomes a recognized and essential part of the plant medicine journey.

Through AIA, David brings together facilitators, integration specialists, and retreat leaders, building a community rooted in wisdom, integrity, and conscious transformation. Natasha is a visionary facilitator, award-winning filmmaker, and lifelong student of wisdom traditions who has spent decades guiding individuals toward deeper connection—both within themselves and with the Earth. A daughter of the Caribbean, the rainforest, and the Pacific redwoods, she brings a unique perspective that blends Indigenous knowledge, ecological wisdom, and spiritual practice into a powerful method for transformation.

She has worked directly with the Dalai Lama, trained with Thich Nhat Hanh and Arun Gandhi, and has facilitated programs for Stanford, the UN, the Dalai Lama Fellows, and Yosemite’s Nature Bridge.
